1. Online Store Eligibility

By using this website, you confirm that:

If Toneloom cancels an order before fulfillment, the amount collected for the canceled portion will be refunded to the original payment method.

3. Product Information

We make reasonable efforts to present product descriptions, materials, colors, measurements, photographs, and specifications accurately.

However:

  • Screen settings and lighting may affect color appearance

  • Natural materials may vary in grain, color, texture, veining, and pattern

  • Handmade products may have minor variations

  • Hand-measured dimensions may vary by approximately 0.5–1 inch

  • Product packaging or minor specifications may be updated without materially changing the product

Natural variations and reasonable display differences are not considered product defects.

Customers are responsible for reviewing product dimensions, materials, care requirements, installation requirements, and delivery access before purchasing.

4. Product Availability

Products may be available in limited quantities and may be discontinued or become unavailable without notice.

Adding an item to a shopping cart does not reserve inventory.

If a product becomes unavailable after an order is placed, Toneloom may:

  • Contact the customer with an updated estimate

  • Offer a suitable alternative

  • Cancel the affected item

  • Issue a refund for the unavailable item

Orders containing multiple products may be shipped separately.

5. Prices and Promotions

Product prices and promotions may change without notice.

A confirmed order will generally be charged according to the price and discount displayed at checkout when the purchase is completed.

Promotions may be subject to:

  • Start and expiration dates

  • Product exclusions

  • Minimum purchase requirements

  • Usage limits

  • Customer eligibility requirements

  • Restrictions on combining discount codes

Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined.

If a pricing, discount, or listing error is identified before fulfillment, Toneloom may contact the customer to confirm the corrected price or cancel the affected item and issue a refund.

6. Payments

Toneloom accepts the payment methods displayed at checkout, which may include:

Payments are processed by secure third-party payment providers.

Toneloom does not store complete payment-card numbers on its own servers.

Customers agree to provide current, complete, and accurate billing and payment information.

Orders may be delayed or canceled if payment cannot be authorized, verified, or completed.

7. Sales Tax, Duties, and Import Fees

Applicable sales tax is calculated according to the delivery address and included in the final amount displayed at checkout.

Toneloom pays applicable customs duties, import fees, and standard customs-clearance costs associated with eligible original deliveries within the contiguous United States.

Customer-related return freight, redelivery fees, storage fees, address-correction fees, and similar carrier charges are not considered import duties and may remain the customer’s responsibility.

8. Shipping and Delivery

Toneloom currently ships only to eligible addresses within the contiguous United States.

Shipping timeframes, delivery coverage, standard delivery terms, White-Glove Delivery fees, tracking, delivery appointments, and customer access responsibilities are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Free standard delivery is limited to curbside or doorstep delivery, depending on where the delivery truck can safely and legally stop.

Delivery estimates are not guaranteed and may be affected by carrier availability, weather, holidays, freight conditions, property access, and other circumstances outside Toneloom’s reasonable control.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Returns, refund eligibility, restocking fees, damaged-product claims, refused deliveries, refund processing, and cancellation terms are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

Key conditions include:

  • Eligible returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery

  • Prior written return authorization is required

  • Customer-responsible returns are subject to return shipping and a 15% restocking fee

  • Confirmed damage, defects, missing items, or incorrect items are not subject to a restocking fee

  • Orders may be canceled free of charge within 48 hours after purchase

  • Orders that have already shipped cannot be canceled directly

  • Custom orders cannot be canceled after production begins

The Return and Refund Policy forms part of these Terms of Service.

10. Custom Orders

Toneloom may accept approved customization requests involving size, color, material, fabric, finish, or other specifications.

The typical production period for a custom product is approximately 6–8 weeks, excluding transit time.

Customers are responsible for reviewing and approving custom specifications before production.

Once production begins:

  • The order cannot be canceled

  • The product cannot be returned

  • The product cannot be exchanged

This restriction does not prevent a customer from reporting confirmed damage, defects, missing components, or material differences from the approved specifications.

11. Installation and Product Use

Customers are responsible for following all product instructions, warnings, care requirements, and installation guidance.

Professional installation is strongly recommended for:

  • Lighting products

  • Electrical products

  • Wall-mounted products

  • Ceiling-mounted products

  • Heavy furniture

  • Products requiring structural attachment

Toneloom is not responsible for damage caused by:

  • Improper installation

  • Incorrect assembly

  • Unauthorized modification

  • Misuse or abuse

  • Failure to follow instructions

  • Use of unsuitable tools or hardware

  • Installation by an unqualified person

  • Failure to confirm structural suitability

Customer-caused installation or assembly damage is not eligible for standard return or exchange and may be reviewed under the applicable Warranty Policy.

12. Warranty

Eligible products may be covered by the warranty stated on the product page or in Toneloom’s Warranty Policy.

Unless otherwise stated:

  • Lighting products have a one-year limited warranty

  • Eligible electrical components, LED drivers, power supplies, and included bulbs have a one-year limited warranty

  • Furniture and home décor warranty periods may vary by product category

Warranty coverage does not include normal wear, misuse, improper care, improper installation, unauthorized repairs, commercial use not approved in writing, or natural material variation.

Commercial and Trade project purchases may be subject to separate warranty terms.

13. Reviews, Photos, and Customer Content

Customers may submit reviews, photographs, videos, questions, comments, or other content.

By submitting content, you confirm that:

  • You own the content or have permission to provide it

  • The content is accurate and lawful

  • It does not infringe third-party rights

  • It does not contain malicious code

  • It does not contain confidential payment or account information

Toneloom will not use a customer’s personal photographs, videos, order information, or identifying details in public advertising without permission.

We may remove content that is unlawful, abusive, misleading, infringing, or unrelated to the product or service.

14. Intellectual Property
