Toneloom provides this Limited Warranty for eligible products purchased directly from toneloom.com and used in normal residential settings.

This warranty covers confirmed defects in materials or workmanship during the applicable warranty period. It does not cover normal aging, accidental damage, misuse, improper installation, or natural material variations.

EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from:

  • Routine wear over time

  • Accidents, improper use, or handling

  • Incorrect maintenance, storage, or cleaning methods

Refer to our Care Guide for recommended product maintenance.

Many Toneloom pieces are handcrafted using natural woods, metals, and other organic materials. Differences in grain, texture, color, knots, patina, or light surface checking are part of the material’s inherent character, not defects.
