This Limited Warranty covers merchandise used in residential settings and protects against defects in materials or workmanship for the specific periods listed below.


EXCLUSIONS

This warranty does not apply to damage resulting from:

  • Routine wear over time

  • Accidents, improper use, or handling

  • Environmental events or natural disasters

  • Incorrect maintenance, storage, or cleaning methods

Many Toneloom pieces are handcrafted using natural woods, metals, and other organic materials. Differences in grain, texture, color, knots, patina, or light surface checking are part of the material’s inherent character, not defects.

WARRANTY SERVICE

If a qualifying defect is confirmed within the warranty period, Toneloom may:

  • Repair the item

  • Replace it with a comparable product (exact matches may vary)

Cash refunds are not offered under this policy.

Liability will not exceed the original purchase price. Proof of purchase is required for all warranty claims. Replacement or repaired items are covered for the remainder of the original warranty period.


WARRANTY LIMITATIONS

This Limited Warranty is:

  • Non-transferable

  • Applicable only to residential use

  • Void if the product has been misused, modified, improperly repaired, or used commercially

The warranty does not cover:

  • Clearance or final-sale merchandise

  • Floor samples

  • One-of-a-kind or custom artwork

  • Wallpaper, rugs, bedding, lighting accessories, mirrors, wall art, décor, tabletop items, jewelry, or any categories not specifically listed above


How to Make a Claim

If you believe your product is experiencing an issue covered under this Limited Warranty, please follow the steps below to initiate a claim:

2. Provide Required Documentation

To help us assess your claim quickly, please include:

  • Your full name and order number

  • A detailed description of the issue

  • Clear photos and/or videos showing the defect or damage

  • Photos of the product’s overall condition

  • Photos of the original packaging (if available)

3. Response Time

Our team will review your claim and respond within 3–5 business days with the next steps.

4. Resolution

If the claim is approved, Toneloom will determine the appropriate remedy based on the warranty terms, which may include:

  • Replacement parts

  • Product repair

  • Product replacement

  • Other solutions appropriate to the situation

Toneloom may request additional information if the initial documentation is insufficient to verify the claim.

This Limited Warranty is the exclusive remedy provided to the customer. Any implied warranties— including merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose—are disclaimed to the fullest extent permitted by law. Certain jurisdictions do not allow limitations on incidental or consequential damages, and therefore some restrictions may not apply.
