  • Installments: Shop Pay Installments (where available).

  • Note: All transactions are processed via PCI-compliant, SSL-encrypted gateways. Toneloom does not store your full credit card details.

2. Currency & Pricing

  • Currency: All transactions are processed in USD.

  • Pricing Accuracy: We strive for 100% accuracy. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund before shipment.

  • Promotions: Discounts and promo codes must be applied at the time of checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.

3. Sales Tax & Duties

  • Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping destination within the United States.

  • No Import Duties: As we ship within the contiguous United States from our local warehouse, customers will not be charged additional import duties or customs fees upon delivery.

  • Verification: To prevent fraud, orders may be subject to a brief verification period. Orders that fail security checks will be canceled and refunded immediately.

5. Refunds & Adjustments

  • Original Method: All approved refunds are issued exclusively to the original payment method used at checkout.

  • Processing Time: Once we authorize a refund (following a cancellation or return inspection), it typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank.

  • Cancellations: Orders canceled before shipment are eligible for a 100% Full Refund with no processing fees.
