These Billing Terms & Conditions explain accepted payment methods, currency, taxes, duties, refunds, and billing-related policies for purchases made on Toneloom.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms in addition to Toneloom’s Shipping Policy and Return & Refund Policy.


1. Accepted Payment Methods

Toneloom accepts secure payment methods available at checkout, which may include:

Payment options shown at checkout are the final source of truth, as availability may vary by customer location, device, and payment provider.


2. Billing Currency

All orders are billed in USD, unless otherwise displayed at checkout.

If your payment method is issued in a different currency, your bank or payment provider may apply currency conversion rates or additional fees. These fees are determined by your financial institution and are not controlled by Toneloom.


3. Sales Tax

Applicable sales tax (if any) is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping destination and the information provided during checkout.


4. When You Will Be Charged

Payment is collected at the time your order is placed (or when payment is successfully authorized and captured by the payment provider).

Orders are processed only after payment is successfully completed.

Toneloom does not store or directly process full credit card details. Payments are handled through encrypted, PCI-compliant payment providers.


5. Duties, Import Fees & Delivery Charges

Toneloom currently ships within the contiguous United States only, as outlined in our Shipping Policy.

For eligible U.S. deliveries, customers are not charged additional import duties or customs-related fees at delivery, as described in our Shipping Policy.

Shipping charges (if any), optional services (such as White-Glove delivery where available), and any other checkout charges are displayed at checkout before payment is submitted.


6. Refunds & Billing Adjustments

Refunds are handled in accordance with Toneloom’s Return & Refund Policy.

Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.

Refund Timing

Toneloom processes refunds after eligibility is confirmed (for example, after cancellation approval or after a returned item is received and inspected where applicable).
Posting times vary by bank or payment provider and may take additional business days to appear on your statement.

Deductions (If Applicable)

If a return involves customer-responsible costs (such as return shipping for preference-based returns), applicable deductions will follow the terms disclosed in the Return & Refund Policy.

  • Your bank may place a temporary authorization hold, depending on its policies

Toneloom does not offer subscription or auto-renewal services on standard purchases.
