These Billing Terms & Conditions govern the payment process on Toneloom.com. By completing a purchase, you agree to these terms alongside our Shipping and Return policies.

2. Currency & Pricing

Pricing Accuracy: We strive for 100% accuracy. In the event of an obvious pricing error, we reserve the right to cancel the order and issue a full refund before shipment.

Promotions: Discounts and promo codes must be applied at the time of checkout and cannot be applied retroactively.
3. Sales Tax & Duties

Sales Tax: Applicable sales tax is calculated automatically at checkout based on your shipping destination within the United States.

No Import Duties: As we ship within the contiguous United States from our local warehouse, customers will not be charged additional import duties or customs fees upon delivery.
4. Payment Timing & Authorization

Verification: To prevent fraud, orders may be subject to a brief verification period. Orders that fail security checks will be canceled and refunded immediately.
5. Refunds & Adjustments

Original Method: All approved refunds are issued exclusively to the original payment method used at checkout.

Processing Time: Once we authorize a refund (following a cancellation or return inspection), it typically takes 5–10 business days for the funds to reflect on your statement, depending on your bank.

Cancellations: Orders canceled before shipment are eligible for a 100% Full Refund with no processing fees.
