Toneloom offers complimentary standard shipping sitewide. White Glove delivery is an optional, paid service and is not included in free standard shipping.
Standard shipping provides curbside delivery only. White Glove delivery is designed for customers who require in-home handling, placement, and assembly.
Standard (Free) Shipping – What to Expect
Free standard shipping includes delivery to the nearest accessible unloading point where a delivery truck can safely park and unload.
Standard shipping does not include:

Indoor delivery

Carrying items inside the home

Unpacking or removal of packaging

Assembly or placement
Once items are unloaded at the designated curbside location, the delivery is considered complete.
White Glove Delivery – What’s Included
White Glove delivery is a premium service intended for large, heavy, or delicate items that require professional handling.
With White Glove delivery, your order is:

Delivered inside your home

Carefully unpacked and visually inspected

Assembled (where applicable)

Placed in the room of your choice

Packaging materials removed after setup
This service is recommended for furniture, oversized décor, and items not suitable for standard parcel delivery.
Important Notice Regarding Returns
White Glove delivery is a service fee only and applies to in-home delivery, unpacking, and assembly.
White Glove delivery does not affect your eligibility to request a return of the product itself, provided all return conditions outlined in our Return & Refund Policy are met.
White Glove service fees are non-refundable once the service has been scheduled or attempted.
Before Delivery
Please ensure:

All stairways, hallways, elevators, and doorways can accommodate the item dimensions

The intended room is cleared prior to delivery

Existing furniture is removed, as the delivery team cannot move or dispose of other items
We also provide a professional Measurement Guide to help customers verify product dimensions, clearance, and access paths prior to delivery. We strongly recommend reviewing the Measurement Guide before scheduling White Glove service.
If your building requires a Certificate of Insurance (COI), please contact us after placing your order so arrangements can be made.
Scheduling Your Delivery

In-stock items: Scheduling details are provided within 14 business days after purchase

Deferred delivery: Orders ship once all items arrive at our warehouse
Merchandise may be held for up to 30 days at no additional charge. After this period, delivery must be scheduled, or additional storage or handling arrangements may apply.
On Delivery Day

An adult (18+) must be present to receive and inspect the delivery

Items are unpacked, assembled (where applicable), and placed as requested

All packaging materials are removed upon completion
For safety reasons, the delivery team will not install or assemble:

Lighting or electrical fixtures

Mirrors or wall-mounted décor

Artwork requiring wall installation

White Glove delivery fees are based on shipment weight and apply per order.

Pricing does not include remote or extended service areas.

Shipments to Canada, U.S. territories, or international destinations require custom quotes and may be subject to minimum order thresholds and additional handling requirements.
