Our white-glove delivery option offers a seamless and elevated experience from start to finish. Upon arrival, your items are carefully unpacked, inspected, assembled, and placed in the room you choose. All packaging is removed before the team departs, ensuring a clean and effortless setup. This service is ideal for furniture, large décor, delicate pieces, and items that cannot be handled through standard parcel shipping.
WHAT’S INCLUDED
Before Delivery

Please ensure that the item can be brought safely through staircases, elevators, hallways, and doorways, and that it fits comfortably in the intended room.

The delivery team cannot move or dispose of existing furniture, so the space must be cleared ahead of time.

If your building requires a Certificate of Insurance, contact us after placing your order so arrangements can be made.
SCHEDULING YOUR DELIVERY

In-stock items: You will receive scheduling details within 14 business days of purchase.

Deferred delivery: Your order ships once all items arrive at our warehouse. We will notify you as soon as everything is ready.

Merchandise may be held for up to 30 days. After that period, full payment is required and delivery must be arranged.
ON DELIVERY DAY

An adult (18+) must be present to inspect and sign for the delivery.

Furniture pieces are fully unpacked, assembled, placed, and all packing materials removed.

For safety reasons, lighting, mirrors, artwork, electrical fixtures, and wall-mounted décor will not be unboxed, installed, or assembled by the delivery team.
INTERNATIONAL & SPECIAL DESTINATIONS
Shipments to Canada, U.S. territories, and international locations require custom quotes and must meet a minimum subtotal of $7,000.

Orders placed after 12 PM EST or submitted on weekends or holidays are processed on the next business day.
