1. Order Processing Time (Handling Time)

Processing Window: All orders require 1–2 business days for quality inspection, protective packaging, and dispatch preparation.

Operations: Our warehouse operates during standard business hours from Monday to Friday (excluding U.S. national holidays). Orders placed over the weekend will be processed on the following business day. We make every effort to minimize handling times so your items reach you as quickly as possible.

2. Shipping Costs, Methods & Timelines
We are pleased to offer Complimentary Standard Shipping on all orders within our service zone. Due to the premium nature, size, and weight of our furniture pieces, we utilize specialized LTL Freight / Tailored Trucking Delivery to guarantee maximum safety and pristine transit conditions.

Shipping Zone Restrictions: Complimentary shipping is available exclusively for the contiguous United States. We do not ship to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, P.O. Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or other U.S. territories and affiliated islands at this time.
3. Order Tracking & Real-Time Logistics
Once your order is handed over to our premier carrier network (including FedEx Freight and select professional furniture carriers), you will automatically receive a Shipping Confirmation email containing your official tracking number.

Activation: Please allow 24 to 48 hours for the carrier to scan your shipment and update the tracking status on their portal.

If your tracking information hasn’t updated after 72 hours, please reach out to support@toneloom.com, and we will investigate and resolve the issue within 48 hours.
4. Order Cancellations

Before Shipment: If you change your mind shortly after purchase, you may cancel your order for a full refund, provided the item has not yet been prepared for dispatch or loaded onto the carrier's vehicle.

After Shipment: Once an order has been handed over to the logistics carrier and departed from our New Jersey warehouse, it cannot be canceled. If you no longer want the item, please follow our standard Return & Refund Policy after the delivery is completed.
5. Sales Tax

Transparent Pricing: To ensure a straightforward shopping experience, all applicable sales taxes are already embedded into the retail prices displayed on our website. The price you see is the final price you pay at checkout. No hidden fees or unexpected import taxes will apply, as all shipments are purely domestic.
6. Delivery Delays & Support
While we partner with top-tier carriers to ensure timely arrivals, occasional carrier delays may occur due to extreme weather or high seasonal volume. If your delivery window has passed and you have not received your shipment, please email us at support@toneloom.com. Our team will immediately coordinate with the freight carrier to secure your delivery status.
